200ml oil (sunflower or neutral-tasting)
200ml milk
370g all-purpose flour

250g cottage cheese (full-fat or semi-fat for creaminess)
55g powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk

2–3 cups fresh/frozen fruit (e.g., strawberries, cherries, blueberries, or mixed berries)
1–2 tbsp flour (to coat fruit and prevent sinking)

Drobenka (crumb topping): Mix 3 tbsp flour, 3 tbsp sugar, and 3 tbsp cold butter, rubbed into crumbs .
